A Better Retirement Plan for Your Team
We help small and mid-sized businesses design, manage and improve their 401(k) plans, with clear fees, documented fiduciary oversight and education for your employees.
What We Provide
Our 401(k) Services
-
01
Plan Design & Setup
Safe Harbor, traditional, Roth, profit-sharing and Solo 401(k) options, coordinated with the recordkeeper and plan administrator.
-
02
Compliance Support
We work with a third-party administrator on testing, Form 5500 filings, participant notices and plan amendments, and document the fiduciary process.
-
03
Investment Oversight
An open-architecture investment lineup, reviewed at least annually with documented rationale and no revenue-sharing arrangements.
-
04
Employee Education
Enrollment meetings, group Q&A sessions and one-on-one consultations for your employees.
How Your Plan Is Structured
Independent Specialists, Working Together
We use an unbundled structure, so each part of your plan is handled by a firm that specializes in it.
Recordkeeper
A National Recordkeeper
Holds plan assets and handles participant accounts, online access and payroll integration.
Plan Administrator (TPA)
An Independent Third-Party Administrator
Handles plan documents, compliance testing and government filings.
Plan Advisor
Radius Wealth Management
Serves as your plan’s investment advisor, oversees the investment lineup and educates your employees.
Already Have a 401(k)?
Improving Your Plan Without Disruption
If your plan is already with a major recordkeeper, we can often step in as your plan’s advisor, alongside an independent third-party administrator, without changing recordkeepers. Your employees keep their accounts and there is no transfer of assets or blackout period.
- No assets moving
- No blackout period
- No disruption for employees
